It started as a dream…
When we first stood on that roof, we weren’t thinking about just a studio. We imagined a space where people could pause for a moment. A space where you roll out your mat and suddenly everything slows down — the rushing thoughts, the endless tabs in your head — gone.
And honestly? It worked better than we ever imagined.

Afrata might be small, but it’s powerful. We’re perched just above the town, tucked away in our little wellness bubble — but so close to everything. After your class, you can grab a smoothie, head down to the beach, or wander the marina in Kolymbari. It’s all within reach.

Yoga & Pilates Instructors
Irit is a yoga teacher that believes that everybody could & should do yoga. She discovered the power of yoga when she had to help in taking care of her sister that suffered from cancer, and the combination of body, mind & breath helped her spiritually and physically in so many levels, and that was the minute she understood that her Yoga journey is on!
Motty is a Pilates instructor that started his journey as an Athlete and continued with gym and running, but than a lot of injuries where part of his journey…
That’s why when he discovered the world of Pilates that healed him from many injuries he chose to share this gift to the world as a Pilates instructor.
